We recognise the importance of employing well qualified, experienced and fully vetted staff in order to maintain a high standard of childcare, education and safeguarding of the children in our care. We choose our staff very carefully through a strict and rigorous recruitment program.
Once our staff joins Little Bears, we work with them to ensure they receive an effective induction and that we consistently update and further their training and individual potential. Throughout our staff's career, they are regularly communicated with, managed and appraised and supported with its on-site management team to ensure that we, as a provider ensure that your child really does receive the best care, education and safety.
